We are second graders from Stoneville Elementary School. We are watching the butterfly life cycle and will be creating a buttefly garden for the butterflies when they return in the spring. We are learning so much about butterflies. We made this Symbplic Butterfly for you at our School in Stoneville, NC. This butterfly flew about 1600 kilometers to greet you. Look at the map to see where we live and how far the butterfly traveled. How old are you? The students in our class are from 7 to 8 years old. Our teacher's name is Mrs. Campbell, and our school name is Stoneville Elementary. Thank you for taking care of this butterfly during the winter. We promise to take care of the monarchs when they return north next spring.
