Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 10/18/2010

Number: 1

We still have two Anna's Hummingbirds in our yard. They now spend less time feeding from the flowers and more time feeding from the two feeders we still have up. We bring the feeders indoors at night and return them outside first thing in the morning. I am getting anxious for them to leave, as winter is right around the corner, and even though these birds are hardy survivors, it will be alot of work on our part to maintain the feeders through months of cold weather.
