Over the past week, I have collected ~21 caterpillars. Some have entered the chrysalis stage in the past 2 days. I have a few monarchs that fly around the gardens. Some of my milkweed plants have been totally stripped clean of leaves. I had planted lots, so still have enough food to support this group and another lot if I get more eggs laid. Last year, I had monarchs laying eggs until just before Thanksgiving.
