I have seen 3 monarchs this past week. One has been laying eggs.
I have collected two caterpillars from my garden to protect until they hatch as butterflies. I have not had the numbers of caterpillars this year that I have had in the past. Usually I am collecting between 15-20 caterpillars to rear at this time of year. My observation time: I was watching for _3__ hours and ___ minutes.
