On October 20, 2010 the 33 second graders of Saint Bridget School in Framingham, Ma eac planted a tulip bulb. There was a whole class discussion of the location of where the tulips would be planted and why it was the best spot for our tulips to grow. We dug up the soil and the children placed their bulbs in the correct way. While they were waiting to plant their bulbs, they sketched what the area looked like before planting to add to their journal.
