Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 11/01/2010

Number: 1

Today was the first day of November and it was sunny and warm in Charleston, SC. While eating lunch outside we spotted a monarch butterfly laying eggs on a milkweed plant in our school's garden. She was beautiful, and it was fascinating to see. She kept coming back to lay more eggs! My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and ___ minutes.
