I saw about 50 Monarchs staying put fluttering around in a stand of pine trees and oaks because of strong southerly winds. I expect that they have since left with north winds beginning last night and today blowing at 25-30 MPH. That should help give them the push they need! My observation time: I was watching for __2_ hours and __30_ minutes.
