Spotted two male monarchs flying around patches of Desert Milkweed (Asclepias subulata) in the arroyo in the ASU Polytech campus. One was fresh looking but had a badly shredded left wing. Sunny, low 90s. My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and ___ minutes.
