We planted our tulip bulbs on a cool autumn day in a section of our school's perennial garden. Most of the students had never planted bulbs before, so they are anxious to see the tulips emerge in the spring. Last year, spring in Michigan came about three weeks early, and the tulips bloomed early. Will the same happen in 2011?
