We were on a birding weekend in Cape May NJ and were very surprised to see 3 monarch butterflies. 2 were female and they all looked good. The weather was cold and very windy. That was 2 weeks ago (10/30)and the weather has been warm and mild since our sighting so we hope they make it to Mexico. My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and ___ minutes.
