The Joyful Bloomers Jr. Gardeners planted 100 red Emperor Tulip Bulbs at the McKeesport Heritage Center in McKeesport, Pa. Also planted that day were 36 daffodil and 96 crocus bulbs. After the Journey North Test Garden blooms we will turn the bed into a colorful display of annuals and plant periennials around the center.
