from approx 10-am to near noon,
large flock of grackles arrived after crossing the Chesapeake Bay, and fed on live-oak acorns, bugged in the trees and grass, and bathed in/ drank from the rooftop 'ponds' next door.
very quiet, for grackles.
there were hundreds if not thousands of birds, the grove is 8 to 10 large [30 x 30] mature live-oaks on 6 lots.
