We ordered the Red Emperor Tulip bulbs near the end of October and received them the first week in November. We found a plot of land for our tulip test garden, added some soil, and began to dig. Then we planted three rows of bulbs, put down landscaping paper, and cedar mulch to cover our plants. The next afternoon it began to rain. We will be checking our bed weekly for progress over the course of the winter. It will be exciting to see what grows.
