We had several visitors today(maybe six or seven by 1pm),Ruby-throated, and Anna’s. In trying to keep the syrup from freezing, I wrapped the feeders. I wrapped the small red ball feeder with a red terri cloth, and the other dish like feeder got bubble wrap under just like an inverse tent, and it worked. The syrup did not freeze, and the humming birds didn’t seem to mind, and it gave me piece of mind to know their food was ready for them at any time in this very cold day.
