Signs of Fall

Date: 11/24/2010

Number: 1

November brought quite a mix of weather to us. Early in November we had higher than average temperatures (60s). This made for a beautiful autumn. The ducks and geese remained in large numbers and very few came down from the north. Then the weather took a mighty change. Last week we had highs of -5 and lows down to -20. We did not see the sun for almost a week. It snowed on and off. We got about 8 inches total. They are calling for a chinook (warm wind) to come in and bring warmer temperatures.
