We have had lots of hummers to the feeder both yesterday and today. A total of about 5-6 a day are visiting. We have the light (50 watt security type bulb)on the feeder 24/7 and it keeps the liquid a constant 43 degrees regardless of what the air temp is around the feeder. And the upside down alum disposible pie plate keeps the rain and in the past the snow off the little cuties as they are drinking. Each day is so fascinating to see who arrives and when. And who does a fly by playing tag.
