3 Anna's hummingbirds this morning. 1 guarding front yard, one guarding back yard and one "trouble maker" being chased away.
they are out there all day everyday. Doesn't matter what time you look they are about.
The one in the front yard has claimed the tree he sits on as his home. He watches by day, and when time for torpor comes, he ducks into the tree. It's an ornamental plum.
