While outside putting pine boughs in my vacant window boxes I heard the distinct sound of "Whoopers" in the distance. I looked up but saw nothing. The sound kept getting louder and almost crescendo type building my suspense. I finally had my sights on HUNDRED plus Whooping Cranes hundreds of yards up in the sky. Shortly after they passed, a second, followed 5 more minutes later by a third group. AWESOME!! Breathtaking and music to my ears!!
