Sighted (2) two in backyard of home at feeder. They appear to be a male and female Anna. The male has a green colored back, black head which turns bright red when he moves. The female has a gree back, grey colored body with a redish/orange chest.
This observation and photos were done during a light rain which did not seem to hinder them from feeding.
I believe these are hummingbirds that have been coming to the backyard feeder since the first paret of June 2010. Any suggetsions from anyone with more experience?
