I spotted the white head on a dark bodied bird and it was located in the top of a very tall tree so it was kind of hard to see but it was unmistakably an eagle. it was just sitting there and didn't see any nest or anything else in the tree with it. This was on the side of I-65 just north of Fair Oaks, IN.
