Large flock (wave?) of robins, about 50, spent the afternoon in my area yesterday. I've never seen one before. They seemed to be shaking the snow off the tree limbs. Looking for fruit? Or just their weight? It was a delightful show. A few stragglers left this morning. No singing. I suppose it's too early.
