We just saw a group of 10 white pelicans soaring above our house. We saw 2 white pelicans on 1/16/11 floating in the Banana River, but we were excited to see this larger group circling today. It is especially good to see more this year than last. The group was only about 5-6 last year. It appears to be the same group that returns to Ulumay Wildlife sanctuary each year. Next will be the robins!
