Today the morning temperature was in the single digits, and I saw at least ten robins in one tree, maybe more. They seem to be paired off. Even though we have had robins all winter this is a very cheerful sight. Maybe Spring really will come this year.

January 17
We are seeing flocks of robins. This seems early for flocks. We often have individuals that stay the winter. We wonder if this means an early spring.
