For the past 8 years I have turned my backyard into a wildlife habitat, attracting birds, butterflies, and other various wildlife. I have been extremely successful attracting Monarch butterflies nearly year round with over 25 Milkweed plants. I would estimate that we have raised over 100 Monarchs through the years. Additionally, I have had a Ruby Throated Hummingbird that over-winters from September through April for the past 4 years.
