I observed 3 Gulf Frittillary Butterflies all week fighting over the native Lantana, along with two Long-Tailed Skippers, who were necturing and courting. I also observed the Giant Swallowtail Butterfly that I released yesterday afternoon necturing on the Powder Puff Bush all afternoon. He/She hatched yesterday after wintering in crysallis in my butterfly habitat all winter. I have one left to hatch.
