Weather is changing up here in upstate New York! We have had the snowiest January on record. We haven't received as much snow as New York City because of the way the storms have tracked, but the one we're having now, on Feb. 1 and 2, should dump another 2 feet on us. We're pretty certain that the groundhog will not see his shadow tomorrow, and Spring will be here soon!!
