Planted our tulips relatively late due to weather. That was November. We've had a number of really cold spells this winter, and rains that caused flooding in surrounding towns and counties - lots more than usual!
Forced some old tulip bulbs we pulled out - accidently! We left the bucket of bulbs in the classroom over the winter break, and they bloomed indoors!
While weeding last week (first week of February) we noticed a few tulip heads! Will make our observations tomorrow.
