"Bear Lake report - ice on, ice off"

"Wow! is all I can say about the weather at Bear Lake this year. Last week was bitter-cold weather and the lake capped with ice for the first time in two years. However, on Friday night last week we had a major wind storm and it warmed up to the 30's and Bear Lake is now only about 50% ice covered."
