Our snow is melting early. Last night we got mixed rain and snow. Usually it starts to melt in April, not February. It is warming up a little. This year when we get snow, it doesn't stick. The weather warms up and rains, then it freezes and we get ice. Usually we have more snow on the ground now. Normally about three or four feet. But this year we have none. Tulips are starting to come up. It is a month early. There are buds on the rhododendrons. The owls are hooting to choose mates.
