Saw 3 buds poking out of the soil!! The soil is very moist as we have had lots of rain and some snow. It has also been very cloudy and cold the last couple of weeks but lately we have had several days of good sunshine and warm temperatures. Our tulips get indirect sunlight because we are on the north side of the school.
