2/14/11 Noted scores of red-breasted Robins pecking at unfrozen grasses on hospital grounds at Naval Hospital Bethesda, MD. They were good-sized birds.
Also noted Canada Geese on the grounds. A couple stayed for several days taking up a safe place on the roof of the Navy Lodge. The date of sighting is approximate one or two days on either side.
