Tulips BLOOMED

Date: 02/28/2011

Number: 1

Seeing our tulips bloom today for the first time inspired a Haiku in Grade 3: “Tulips blooming, Surprising us, Last day of February”. We observed six gorgeous bright red flowers out of the 20 that have already emerged. We noticed that the blooming tulips were situated in the part of our garden box that receives the most sunlight throughout the day. The blooming tulips were about 16cm tall.
