From my car window, at the end of our street, about to turn out onto the main road from our suburban sub-division, I saw a flock of 5 or 6 (or so) male robins, fluttering about on the grass, apparently foraging...It was about 8:15 am.
I am not sure whether they were a migratory group, or a group that had overwintered here.
