We woke up in the morning after an unusual early March rain to find an earthworm crawling up our window. This window looks out onto our deck, on which there are some potted plants which we figured was from where the earthworm came. But we couldn't figure out why he was making his way up the window. We put him in an area of dry ground and he disappeared after a minute or two.
