Many, many wonderful signs of spring this fine day! Walking around downtown I came across a handful of both purple crocuses and pink hyacinths soaking up the mid-day sun, plus some very early cherry trees (complete with honeybee pollinator:-) in bloom. Simply delightful! Also saw that many daffodil and tulip bulbs were pushing their 'green points' up, and that the red maples were beginning to open their wind-pollinated scarlet blossoms.
