It is official. Spring is here. The first arriving Ruby-throated
Hummingbird (always adult males) joined a couple of its less mature
breatheren, an almost fully adult male Rufous Hummingbird, another
Rufous/Allen's, and three Buff-bellied Hummingbirds at my Brownsville
feeders this afternoon.
