Saw the first male Rufous of the year 3-14-2011. Most years they show up at my place the day after being reported in Astoria, OR but not to be the case this year...He did not stick around very long, usually heavy rains hold them here for a few days, not this time. Also, was having at least 5 adult male Anna's hanging around, they're gone now too.
