We. in Albany have had a tremendous amount of snow this winter. It has just left our sidewalks and streets.Our tulips probably emerged last week or sooner but we simply could not see the sprouts. The blanketed snow was definitely an insulator for our tulips. We now look fprward to seeing the blooming tulips! Happy Spring!
