Staff at the Virginia Living Museum report that the first Journey North tulip planted in the museum's Children's Learning Garden by Dana Zebrowski & Julia Horton's Possum Patrol class of K/1 students FINALLY bloomed today. The bud sat there for a while but didn't open until today! Other class's tulips have buds that have elongated in the last 24 hours and are getting ready to bloom too! Which class will be next? Stay tuned!

The Children’s Learning Garden began with Journey North tulips planted in Fall 1998.
