When we got to school on Monday, we noticed that our Red Emperor Tulips have emerged from the ground. Some looked like they might have emerged as early as Saturday. We also have emerging orange emperor tulips, wine and cheese tulips, and lily flowering tulips. Our crocus bulbs are blooming and our daffodils are at the bud stage. Our yearly first grade planting keeps getting bigger and better each year. We should have over a thousand blooming bulbs this spring. Our weather has been warmer than typical this winter season. We still do anticipate the arrival of more snow in the near future.
