I have seen Bald Eagles most of the winter in two areas along Interstate 90 in central South Dakoata. They are near an area where pheasants seek shelter.

I have seen a a nest very near Interstate 90 west of Kennebec. The nest is near a pond with trees. At the time there were 2 bald eagles sitting near the nest. The second observation one was sitting the other was flying in to perch.
