There is a pair of mature eagles we have seen on our resevior since 2007. We live on a county drinking water resevior and our house sits on a point so we have 3/4 water frontage.Last year, we saw 2 juveniles as well as the adult pair. On Christmas Day, we were sitting in our Great Room which overlooks the lake, and the female landed in a pine branch right outside the window (approx. 20 ft. from the house) The male was fishing off the point and we watched them for about 10 minutes while he repetedly swooped and dove for fish. We saw him catch one fish. It was a wonderful Christmas gift for me, my husband, my Dad and two boys!! Wow!
