Robin (First HEARD singing)

Good morning fellow birdwatchers,It is cloudy,70*,humid.Went outside at dawn and spent three hours watching and listening.Robins were everywhere,singing,squabbling and mating.At my feeder this morning:pair of house finches,pine siskins,male downey,house sparrows,grackles,starlings,robins,goldfinches,and juncos.Passing by in the sky:coopers hawk,ring-neck gulls,red tail hawk,and a pair of cardinals.Everything is pairing up,getting ready for the new generation.Maltice cross is up about an inch.Also hyssop,columbine,and monarda.The hummers will be here in about a month.Can hardly wait!Good birdwatching and gardening.
