We went out for a walk to check on our bluebird nesting boxes with Ms. Colbert's 4/5 class. We saw two robins hopping around near the tulip bed the 1st graders planted and later heard them singing. We also heard red-wing blackbirds and some other birds we couldn't identify. There were a lot of birds out. It was a sunny day. Many students said the birds woke them up today with their chatter and singing.
