MY husband was sitting on the porch a few minutes ago and called out to me, "Hey, come here, here's a hummingbird."
This is the first sighting for us this year.
We immediately cleared all obsticles blocking the view from our chairs to better see them.
The little stinker was all alone, and seemed to drink from every opening on the feeder-he must have been really hungry!
I have sure missed my little friends and am very pleased it is time for their return- hopefully within the next few days, more will follow.
