Spring is on the doorstep. The nighttime temperatures are 26 degrees. But, the daytime tmperatures are 42 degrees F.
The sun is bright and the cold is making for a great Maple Sap run. Most of our snow piles are gone except for the huge ones in shopping malls. Some migrants are contructing nests while others are just singing and eating berries from the fall harvest. The local pond is still 50 Percent ice.
But, the big news is that one of the falcons from last year has returned to the general area and is building the nest.
Russ and Rudy made quite a stir as they raised their chicks.
