Well . . . my milkweed plants are STRIPPED clean and all 11 caterpillars have left the plants. I have been able to find six of the 11 crystalist in the front yard (well actually two have affixed themselves but have not made crystalists yet). Very exciting. I did purchase more milkweed so the new butterfly will have a place to lay eggs while my other plants recover.
