Habitat wanaque nj snake den road.7 years now 300 monarchs per year.completely hobby on my own im not a teacher just a person who feels he need s to step in and keep the beauty alive for generations to come. Seems unfair for the pestisides the spiders, yellow jacket and ants that pray on the lavea. Not many roadside safe zones for them either. Also am aware of the disease monarchs carry and that also is part of why im stepping in. Ever since i was a kid ive collected monarchs. So the dream lives on. Good luck little critters and watch out for the infamous automobile. Monarchs for everyone. thank you for this site.
