Observed two adult monarchs nectaring on Henbit growing alongside Broken Arrow Creek. In spite of gusting winds the butterflies remained on our property throughout the day. A cold front is coming in tonight; it will be interesting to see how long they remain. One adult had tattered wings, while the other butterflies wings were in good shape but appeared nearly transparent.
