Most sites continue to increase in number and density of clusters. After the storm that we had last weekend, the monarchs at many sites have moved into more protected areas and are clustering more densely. Numbers are up at some sites and down at others, but holding fairly steady at the Pismo Beach Grove, where an average of 14,037 monarchs were counted.
